Poster Presentation Guidelines

Congratulations! Your abstract has been accepted for a poster presentation at WEON 2024. Here you can find the guidelines for your poster.

1. Poster presentations will be given using a digital poster. This means that posters do not have to be printed.

2. For proper display at the venue, your digital poster should be in landscape orientation.

3. When preparing your poster, use adequate letter type and size to ensure good readability. Well-designed figures, graphs and tables will enhance the attractiveness of your poster.

4. Poster screens in the poster area will be lettered (A – G). The screen on which your poster will be presented and displayed is stated in the programme.

5. Each poster is given a presentation number, which can be found in the programme on the WEON Congress website. Poster presentation numbers start with “PP”, followed by the screen on which the poster is presented and a number. Use this entire presentation number in any communication with us regarding your presentation. Also start with this number in the file name of your poster.

6. The title on your poster should be identical to the title of the corresponding abstract.

7. Posters should be provided by e-mail to weon2024@umcutrecht.nl before Sunday May 26, 23:59 hrs in pdf format.

8. Posters will be exhibited for both days of the congress.

9. The presenting author should be in the vicinity of his/her assigned screen during the poster session on the assigned day. Please consult the programme on the WEON Congress website to see on which day you are assigned.

10. If you will not be able to present your poster, please inform us on the presenting author before May 26, 23:59 hrs.

11. For your presentation 5 minutes of speaking time and 5 minutes for Q&A is reserved.
