Registration

The congress registration fee includes access to all plenary sessions, masterclasses and presentation sessions. The registration fee for the pre-conferences gives you access to the workshops. Your registration fee depends on the date of registration and the Netherlands Epidemiology Society (VvE) membership. It is also possible to only register for a pre-conference workshop.

Catering

The registration fee includes full catering on June 5 & 6. Please let us know in the registration form if you have any dietary wishes.

Pre-conferences

This year there will be 3 interactive, live pre-conference workshops that will take place on Wednesday June 4th, 2025 at the LUMC in Leiden. Please indicate if you would like to attend in the registration form, it is also possible to only register for a pre-conference workshop without attending WEON. The workshops are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis, as there is a limited number of participants possible for each workshop.

Masterclasses

We have organised masterclasses in the morning of Friday June 6^th, 2025. Please indicate your masterclass preferences on the registration form. Masterclasses are assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis, as there is a limited number of participants possible for each masterclass.

Network event

On Thursday June 5th, 2025 in the evening there will be a social programme organised in the city center of Leiden: A party, including dinner! There are limited spots available, on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please indicate if you would like to attend in the registration form.

Student volunteers

If you wish to attend WEON 2025 as a student volunteer, please e-mail us the following information: Name, student number, and proof of enrollment.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation before May 1st, 2025, we will charge 50% of the total amount you are registered for. After this date no refund can be made.

When you are interested to visit the congress, please send us an e-mail with the following details:

After receiving these details, you will receive a confirmation and we will add you to our press list. Before entering the congress, we kindly ask you check in at the registration desk, showing a valid press card.
